Being a kid, no matter the age, isn’t always easy. And sometimes, working with kids and supporting their development is no picnic either.
Throughout the year, the Steuben County Youth Bureau and the Steuben County Youth Board are pleased to work with a variety of community partners to recognize youth who are succeeding and adults who are making a significant impact on the lives of youth.
Each of the awards listed on the left of this screen involves a public request for nominations and a thorough review and selection process. The adult awards are celebrated at the Youth Board’s Annual Dinner or by the Steuben County Legislature, while the youth awards are celebrated as well, and also include financial awards to assist the youth with their career and education goals.
