Our Mission Statement

The Information Technology Department Mission Statement is to provide quality services such as installation, programming, training, and support for any computer-related issue. Serve the community to our best ability by keeping cost down, minimizing waste of material and time spent on projects. We will accomplish this by providing a teamwork approach to quality solutions, which will help people perform their jobs more efficiently.

Help Desk

Our Help Desk answers over 1,000 computer-related calls per year. We provide solutions to all the County departments for software and hardware issues. The Help Desk Staff solves 50% of the problems over the telephone. This saves time for the Systems Analysts and Programmers, allowing them more time to work on projects for various departments. This commitment to customer satisfaction is the result of our commitment to a teamwork approach to quality solutions.
